This course is the perfect  for your child to develop their Sewing Machine skills

You will make 2 different projects. For example, a Tote bag, a zipped pouch or a simple garment. 

10-16yrs Only

Projects will vary due to tutor choice or availability of materials

 These projects are designed to gradually extend knowledge and skill. This course is great for any child who is practical and creative, it is also perfect for learning a little more focus.

£100 for 6 weeks including materials

What will I learn?

  • How to use different machine feet.
  • How to attach handles.
  • Simple bag making skills.
  • Attaching pockets.
  • The use of interfacing to support fabric.
  • Topstitching skills.

We provide sewing machines and sewing essentials for the workshop. Sadly, we are unable to facilitate students bringing in their own machines, but you are more than welcome to bring your own sewing kit with you.
