Warranty

Get 2 years warranty when you purchase a Janome Sewing Machine, Overlocker, or Coverstitch Machine through us as standard.

For the first 2 years your warranty claims are handled directly by us, so no need to go to Janome. Our sewing machine servicing technician is Janome accredited so can handle the whole process for you if your fault is valid under warranty. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by user error.

Most Janome sewing machines and overlockers come with a two years parts and labour warranty. Full details are included with each product. This two years may be extended to up to 5 years. This option is available on the majority of models sold in the UK. An application form is enclosed with each product and there is also the option to purchase an extended warranty online.
