This is the perfect introduction for your child (aged 7 plus) to learn from the basics - filling up a bobbin, threading the machine, stitching in a straight line, and indeed a curve! To then make a pin cushion, needlecase, appliqued cushion, and much more!
All of these projects are designed to gradually extend knowledge and skill. This course is great for any child who is practical and creative, it is also perfect for learning a little more focus and relaxation.
The course lengths do vary depending on term-time dates, so please check the dates listed.

Due to current status with COVID-19 we can no longer provide all of the basic sewing kit for use during our classes and workshops. We will still provide the sewing machines and pressing areas but you will need to bring your own basic hand tools.
If you do not have these essentials, we have put together sewing kits with all of these items. Available in-store and online, in both adult and child versions.
